BROWS BY NAT Policies

  • A credit card is required to confirm all bookings

  • If a client is more than 15 minutes late to the scheduled appointment, the appointment will need to be rescheduled and a fee will be due prior to said reschedule

  • If a client is a no call/no show, they will be charged full price of the service and no longer be able to schedule any new appointments

  • All bookings must be canceled before 48 hours to avoid a cancellation fee

  • A late cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be applied if cancelled within 48 hours

  • A late cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost will be applied if cancelled within 24 hours
