A credit card is required to confirm all bookings

If a client is more than 15 minutes late to the scheduled appointment, the appointment will need to be rescheduled and a fee will be due prior to said reschedule

If a client is a no call/no show, they will be charged full price of the service and no longer be able to schedule any new appointments

All bookings must be canceled before 48 hours to avoid a cancellation fee
-
A late cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be applied if cancelled within 48 hours

A late cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost will be applied if cancelled within 24 hours
